Single Login Enforcement

One login can only be used by one person at a time

What Changed?

A single-license login can now only be active for one person at a time. Coworkers can no longer share one username and password to have multiple people in the app on a single seat.

How It Works

One Active Session Per Login

If a username/password is already logged in and someone else signs in with the same credentials, only one session can stay active. Each paid seat = one person at a time.

What This Means for Support

If a user reports being unexpectedly logged out, the likely cause is that their credentials were used to sign in elsewhere. The fix is for each user to have their own login — reach out to add seats rather than sharing a single account.
