The admin runs entirely in your browser — your changes don’t hit a database, they download as JSON files. After you save, drop the file into the repo at the path shown, commit, and push. Vercel deploys in ~1–2 minutes.
Photos get embedded directly in reps.json as base64 data, so there’s no separate photo file to manage.
